Hello, No unfortunately, that won't be possible. Elysium is not a metal that is cast. It is diamond that is cut, so you can't set a row of diamonds in it.
Also, this "black" tungsten ring is mass produced in Asia, so the price is super low. Additionally, the "black" is a coating that comes off easily. I wouldn't recommend it to be honest. Also, tungsten cracks if dropped.
For a black ring, you'll need to go with black zirconium. It's more of a dark gray/light black color. And it's not a plating, but an oxidation. We have a manufacturer that makes custom black zirconium rings for us, Lashbrook Design. I don't know what the price would be, but for what you are describing, over $1,000.
