The stones are 100% genuine, natural mined. They are not synthetics or lab grown. Unfortunately, these do not come with 30" chains. They are closeout pieces and cannot get any more (at this price anyhow). For longer lengths, you might need to purchase a short chain extender. Also, you might want to double check the 30" length - we've never had a request for that long. Most ladies wear a 16" - 20" length.
