We may be able to do this. I will check with the mfger. The material is so hard (diamond) that is can be brittle. So drilling a hole for diamonds can weaken the integrity. We do one diamond, but not sure if we can do three diamonds. Let me check and get back to you later today. But sounds like a cool design idea!

I just spoke to Elysium, the mfg'er. YES, they can do this! However - this is a custom piece, with warranty limitations.
On stock designs - you can return them for refund if you don't like it in person. On custom - it is a final sale. And does not qualify for a size exchange, or covered with the breakage warranty. So there are some risks with custom Elysium ring.
If you want to go the custom route, we would recommend insuring your new Elysium ring through Jewelers Mutual insurance. Then if the ring cracks or breaks, you file a claim and Jewelers Mutual replaces the ring for you. Elysium rings are incredibly hard, as they are made of diamond. But like a diamond, they can break if hit hard. We see this happen to maybe 1 out of 75 rings, so it does happen. Elysium has an exchange policy, but only on stock designs.

Another options - we could make this ring out of black zirconium instead of the Elysium diamond material. Black zirconium will never break. It is strong, but not as hard as Elysium, so it will scratch over time. When it scratches you will see a gray color underneath. But wanted to let you know about that option.
