Thanks for reaching out. That's the cool thing about antique/vintage rings - they tend to be unique. We are constantly buying vintage pieces from estates and the better pieces we try to photograph and put on our website. We have had rings fairly similar to this one, but not exact.

Alternately, we do lots of custom rings using vintage/antique rings as inspiration. We could make a ring very very similar to this one, and use antique cut diamonds also. Just let us know.... : )
