Sizing up a channel set eternity band with princess cut diamonds is very problematic. The only way it could be done is to cut the ring, and add a solid piece of platinum for the sizing portion. So that might look a bit funny, but you could keep it at the bottom of the finger. Also, when sizing up a ring with princess cut diamonds, sometimes when expanding the circumference of the ring, it puts pressure on the pointed corners of the princess cut diamonds, causing one or more to chip. So yes, it could be done, but won't look like an eternity band, and you might end up with a chipped diamond or two.
