Wouldn't drilling into diamond diminish its value?

On large high-value diamonds, yes, I would agree that drilling it could lower its value. That's why our collection features smaller size diamonds, in the 1/3ct - 3/8ct size. But so many of our customers love this design, unencumbered with no metal bezel or prongs. We can set up the same diamond size and quality in a traditional gold (white, yellow or rose gold) bezel or pronged settings. Just let us know if you would prefer that style of setting.
