Hello,
This ring (as with all the ArtCarved engagement rings) comes with a c.z. in the center. The side diamonds are genuine earth mined diamonds, but the center is NOT diamond. That would be a separate purchase. We have lots of loose diamonds in a variety of qualities and price ranges. Let us know if you would like some diamond options for the center stone.
